CANCELLATION POLICY

My priority is my clients. If, at any time during a service the client/or stylist feels uncomfortable, or if the integrity of your hair is compromised - for example, due to incomplete or inaccurate info or an unexpected chemical reaction--the stylist reserves the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue the service as necessary. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your results. If you are unhappy with your service,; We ask that you contact your stylist within 7 DAYS so we can discuss a solution. Corrections will only be considered if you return to the salon in person for an assessment. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to meet your expectations. Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy Late fee: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time and your slot is still available. A $25 late fee will be applied to your service cost. Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule, your deposit is fully transferrable to the new appointment date. Same-Day Cancellation : If you choose not to reschedule, the appointment will be subject to our same-day cancellation policy, and you will be charged 100% of your service cost. Service Price Disclosure Our price list is subject to increase at the stylists choice. Our stylists are independent. Increase factors such as previous chemical treatments, hair texture, length . A final quote will be provided during consultation. Late Cancellations: • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will not receive their deposit back . Day Of Cancellations/No-Shows: • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or cancel day of without notice will be charged [50% of the service cost] Late Arrivals: • If you are more than 15 mins late, I may need to reschedule or modify your service to fit the remaining time. Deposits • Deposits are required to secure your booking. Deposits will be applied to your service cost. Please read cancellation/late/no show policy. I strive to provide the best service possible.
